Sometimes even when at home there is only a few products, you still can prepare satisfying meal. For this one you only need to buy canned tomatoes and chicken breast, other products – I guest almost everyone have at home. But I have to tell you this time you will have to spend some time preparing tomato sauce, but it’s worth that. I like it even more than store bought. But my kids don’t agree with me :) But everyone has the right to choose.

Almost every weekend we try to do something tasty. It doesn’t have to be sweet. So this time I suggest you lavash chips with blue cheese sauce. You will make them in half an hour for sure. And they are really healthier option for patoto chips.

Some my notices. When you sprinkle lavash with salt – be careful, because cheese sauce is quite salty. If you are afraid that onion greens will fall of the chips – don’t be, they really don’t fall that easy. Also, I noticed that super markets sell lavash from a few companies, they are a little bit different in thickness. So I recommend to use thinnest – chips will be more brittle.

This is my family favourite. Don’t know why – it looks so simple, but even my kids can’t stop eating till the plates are empty. You can buy pitas and just warm them, your dinner will be very quick, but I like homemade pitas. I’ve tried a few recipes, but this one I liked most, because all pitas were perfectly baked from the first time.

I never thought that you can prepare tasty sauce without sour cream or cream. But one day, when I didn’t have anything good at home, for dinner I prepared thin pork chops and they looks so dry, so I gave a try to this sauce. It was really good. I used only water but still it had some mushroom taste. And it was delightful.

Easily prepared chicken with a mild taste of sesame. My family liked it. Just don’t make mistake like me – don’t fry chicken on a very high heat – it burns very quickly :) But chicken was good – baked but not overbaked, tender and juicy. And the garlic sauce is very easy, but my hubby liked it a lot :) As always in my family – the easier the dish, the better my family evaluates it.
