Cinnamon chips with fruit salsa

Dessert came out really good. Someone put fruit salsa on cinnamon chips, someone ate fruit salsa with teaspoon next to the cinnamon chips. Kids ate all leftovers and looked for more cinnamon chips, but unfortunately... they were all gone.

Cream cheese dessert with rhubarbs

I made this dessert last year several times. But I was late to add recipe here, so it waited quietly for today.

I found the soft sourness of rhubarb very very delicious with cream cheese cream. Others also liked it a lot. This year rhubarbs in my garden has grown and this weekend I am going to repeat again this dessert.

Chocolate yoghurt

Monday is a hard day, but anyway I want to share with you this dessert recipe. It’s so simple and quick. My all family enjoy it. But we all agreed that with milk chocolate it’s better, because dark chocolate gives some bitterness and yoghurt becomes unsweet for our tastes.

Favourite granola bars

For real – this is my favourite granola bars. I like especially to substitute 1 tablespoon of brown sugar with molasses sugar. My all family also likes them for snack and everytime these bars are gone, they miss them.

Cocoa dusted hazelnuts

Once girls from Kaunas invited me to join small party called “50 cocoa shades”. I scrolled a lot of recipes and tried three of them, but only one was the one (others were good enough to eat, but just it). These nuts are very contagious – you start to nibble and forget to stop. They are not too sweet, you perfectly taste hazelnuts, so I liked them very very much.

Chocolate spread

This spread I found accidentally. But the simplicity was intriguing and I gave a try. Even my hubby, who doesn’t like cocoa, agreed that it’s very good. So almost all last week at school my girl ate sandwiches with this cream and peanut butter. And today I had to prepare this spread again, because it was very good with a freshly baked bread for me too :)

Banana bread pudding

On the weekends we like to watch TV show “I can cook”. In other words we record it and watch when we like :) One day I decided that it’s enough just to watch this showing, we need to take some action and prepare something. So we chose this banana-bread pudding. The next weekend I bought all needed products and measured everything. Then I invited kids to the kitchen to do everything what was needed to prepare pudding. And we really had a very good time :) There were some troubles for kids, but I just reacted calmly and the mood of everyone was saved :) Even dad said that this dessert is very good. We agreed that if we had some ice cream it would be even better, but even by itself it was very good :)

Quick small bagels

This is the case when for good dessert you have to pay pretty much money, but also you can easily prepare it at home and the cost will be significantly less. I know that it needs some time for setting down but it really worth it.

Puff pastry stripes with sprinkles
