Monday is a hard day, but anyway I want to share with you this dessert recipe. It’s so simple and quick. My all family enjoy it. But we all agreed that with milk chocolate it’s better, because dark chocolate gives some bitterness and yoghurt becomes unsweet for our tastes.
Yields: 4 servings
Calories: 195 kcal / 1 serving
- 100 g milk chocolate
- 400 g natural yoghurt, room temperature
- Melt chocolate on a steam bath or in a microwave, mixing every 10 seconds.
- Spoon by spoon mix natural yoghurt into melted chocolate.
- Devide prepared yoghurt between glasses. Put them in a refrigerator for a few hours, it will become stiff.
