Raspberry Parfait
This year we had a lot of raspberries. We ate them raw, made some new recipes, and still had some for freezing. I’m so happy about that, because now autumn started… and we started to go to school and kindergarden. Cake Lemon Butterfly
I chose this cake because it was with lemon, so had to be refreshing, and it was in butterfly shape – it had to fit for my daughter’s birthday, because she love every creature that is alive 🙂 And I was wright! The cake was very good! I baked only half portion, but it was really enough for 6-8 people. Only next time I would bake only 2/3 of sponge, because we like when cake is almost all of cream and sponge is a very thin layer. But you should decide by yourself.

Rhubarb ice cream
This is the best ice cream that I have ever made – this is what said my hubby. But I prepare ice cream rarely, so maybe he just doesn’t remember other ice cream taste 🙂 Anyway, these ice cream is very delicious because of mild sourness of rhubarbs and strawberries gives very nice pink colour.

Cake with the caramelized bananas
This year my little boy turned 4! And this is his cake. I spend a lot of time looking for the right cake. The choice was good! Maybe a little bit cream was fat, but it was tasty. Also I drizzled sponge with cherry compote. For 6 people the cake was too big, so leftovers I freezed and now I can enjoy it with the afternoon coffee 🙂

Chicken in the cream and paprika sauce
One more easy and simple, as a lot of others, chicken dishes. I decided to try something new, because I”m a little bit tired to prepare chicken in a cream sauce and all the time overeat. This recipe is a little bit similar, just new seasons gives the new taste. And really don’t remember, we overate or didn’t 🙂

Cream waffles
When I found this recipe I was so exited that baked them a few weekends for breakfast. Cream makes them frangible and even when they are cold they stay very tasty. I bake half of the portion but it’s enough for two kids and two parents for the light breakfast. I really recommend you!

Eggs with a cream
Tasty and easy 🙂 Put ingredients to the forms and while baking in an oven, you can go wake up your family. I prepared them already two times, but both times I over-baked it a little bit and the egg yolks were strong. But neglecting that we liked it, especially my hubby liked the eggs with a feta. And my parents said that these eggs are very solid.

Chocolate Mascarpone Cheesecake Pots
From the look, dessert is very simple. But when you taste it, you understand that the taste is more different than the view – taste is adorable. Everyone in my family couldn’t stop after one bite. I devided dough to four ramekins because the portions were very small, but I did mistake. I really should devide it to 8 cups because this cream is very satisfying.

Cheesecake
This year we met at home only with kids. So the preparation for the evening wasn’t much. This cake in all recipe sources got a lot of compliments. I agree with them – it’s really good and simple. I used 26cm cake form. And I really suggest you to warm the mascarpone and condensed milk mixture, because if you won’t do it you’ll get lumps when you pour gelatine (Then I had to put the mixture in a warm bath and wait till mixture warms and lumps dissolve).

Honey-Peach Ice Cream
These ice creams are very creamy, with a mild taste of honey and peach. Just we all agreed that next time I will puree all peaches, because those that I chopped became like little ice cristals and were very very cold ?
