Ice cream without eggs

So, let’s go? No, not to the vacations, but to normal track back. After a long break we are moving further with new posts in this blog. I really wanted to change the blog view, but I did not expect that it will take so long. If you take a look to old posts, you could see some mess there, but little by little I’m taking care of it and at the end everything will be all right.

This hot day I give you ice cream. All agreed that they really good and they taste almost like store bought. And store bought we recently eat a lot because Dadu ice cream store is near and there ice creams are cheaper then in supermarkets.

What I love about these ice creams – they do not contain eggs, so after all I don’t have to worry where to use egg whites. Starch does not turn melting ice cream into water. However, we did not like the taste of milk powder, so this time we did not use it at all and we were all very satisfied.

Polentos blyneliai

Polenta pancakes

Somehow I baked pancakes long time ago. So came the time when I started to miss them. And I guess my all family miss them too, because these polenta pancakes disappeared very quickly. If you don’t have polenta or lazy to grind corn groats, you can use corn flour. You just have to use more milk.

Raspberry Parfait

This year we had a lot of raspberries. We ate them raw, made some new recipes, and still had some for freezing. I’m so happy about that, because now autumn started… and we started to go to school and kindergarden. The good thing that I am on vocations so I have quiet time to drink tea and to think what can I do good for my family.

Honey-Peach Ice Cream

Honey-Peach Ice Cream

These ice creams are very creamy, with a mild taste of honey and peach. Just we all agreed that next time I will puree all peaches, because those that I chopped became like little ice cristals and were very very cold ? And in the photo you can see what conditions I have almost all the time photographing my creations 😀
