Cottage cheese and zucchini bake

I make this bake with my first zucchini that grew in our garden. In my archive I didn't find the recipe that I could follow, so I fantasized a little bit and make bake with cottage cheese and zucchini. My family enjoyed it a lot. And even when I baked it again, all disappeared in one sitting. So please, bake and enjoy it too!

Chicken and zucchini pie

I can say that this is almost the same as Zucchini pie with tuna just tuna changed to chicken. Also I can say that I found out it only after a few times I baked this pie. Their taste are very different. They both are favourites in our family. Just now I bake with chicken more, because my kids don"t eat tuna, but pie with the chicken eats one of my kids.

Zucchini Cookies with Chocolate Chips and Dried Cranberries

A little bit not ordinary cookies. You can’t taste zucchini, just it’s green skin says that cookies has a secret in side. Next time I will use quick cooking oats, because now I used old fashioned and eating cookies I could feel hard oats.

Poppy seed zucchini muffins

Last weekend, while my children were sleeping in the afternoon, I wanted to bake something sweet. But I was angry at my self, because I didn’t know what can I bake. So I started to browse in my computer looking for something suitable. And I saw these cakes. I decided to make them. I know, that they’re not sweet, but I had everything they needed in my fridge. I just didn’t make baskets out of rice, just did two layer cakes. And they tasted very good. At first I was afraid that my hubby will miss meat in them, but I was wrong :)

Very delicious cake. I never have a chance to photo it because every time it disappears very quickly. It”s so juicy, not dry at all. And my husband can eat almost half of the pie at once :)

Chocolate Zucchini Cake

One more cake with zucchini. Really great and moist. I didn”t have chocolate chips, but I didn”t miss them in the cake. Maybe with these chips the cake would be more delicious, but also more sinful :)
