Enchiladas with beetroot filling

Nice snack or light lunch. I prepared it long time ago, but when I remember mild taste of beetroot I feel good. And that’s why it deserves to be in my blog 🙂

Baltųjų pupelių ir saulėje džiovintų pomidorų salotos

White beans and dried tomato salads

Once I made these salads and it was something new. Maybe it tasted not so usual to us, but it was really good. And now I made these salads for four times and they still disappear very quickly. So I save the recipe here and recommend to try them you too.

Maltos kiaulienos ir šparaginių pupelių troškinys rupių kvietinių miltų pitoje

Minced pork and green beans stew in whole grain pita

This stew is very simple and cassual. Here pitas are as turbo feature 🙂 But they are not necessary. Just we love them and time after time I bake them. Next time we will make some yoghurt sauce with seasoning. Then the dish would be perfect. And this time we thought about the sauce only in the end.

Pork stew with dried prunes

For the quick lunch or in case you don’t want to spend a lot of time near the stove, this pork stew if just for you. While it’s stewing, you can take your time and prepare salads or some side dish. No matter how suspiciously we looked into dried fruit and meat combination, here it suits perfectly. This time as a side dish we had brown rice, so do not be surprised that they look like dirty, but after all, healthier 🙂

Baltųjų pupelių sriuba

White beans soup

Simple things are good things 🙂 I can’t argue with this. This soup is perfect for warming after cold day. Products are simple and almost all are in our fridge or pantry. Just don’t forget to boil beans a day before and you’ll prepare this soup very quickly.
