One more our favourite recipe.

Pork fillet with onions

Time needed:
Yields: 2 servings
Calories: 251 kcal / 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 100 g pork fillet
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 tsps. mayonnaise
  • 50 g cheese, grated
  • salt
  • peppers

Directions:

  • Flatten meat chops with a hammer. Season with salt and peppers. Then put meat on a baking tray covered with oil.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the meat, put sliced onion and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  • Bake in a preheated to 180-200°C oven about 45 minutes (if you saute onion in a pan at first, you can reduce baking time in an oven by half).

Today I made them with my proportions, so this is how I liked them most. We ate all four, and everyone liked them. Just to mention, I used some smoked ham and I really recommend to use it too. It gives strong but good taste.
