Kai pamačiau parduotuvėje pirkti Brinzos sūrį, pasigriebiau gabaliuką net negalvodama. O namuose kaip visada jis ganėtinai ilgai gulėjo šaldytuve, kol priartėjo galiojimo laiko pabaiga. Tad ilgai jau netempiau ir atsidariau savo receptų archyvą. Mano nuostabai radau vieną receptą su brinza. Tad ilgai nesvarsčiau – iškepiau šį apkepą vakarienei. Vyrui labai patiko, vaikams pagal suvalgytą kiekį mačiau, jog irgi patiko 🙂 Skonis labai primena šutintus varškėtukus. O mes su vyru juos labai mėgstam, kaip ir švilpikus 🙂 Kitą dieną likučius supjausčiau juostelėmis ir apkepiau svieste – vaikai suvalgė su džiaugsmu. Tad receptas tikrai vertas būtų išsaugotas mano bloge 🙂

Brinzos sūrio apkepas

Užtruksime:
Porcijų kiekis: 4 porcijos
Kaloringumas: 500 kcal / porcija

Ingredientai:

  • 250 g brinzos sūrio
  • 250 g kefyro ar pasukų
  • 250 g miltų
  • 2 kiaušiniai
  • 2 v.š. sviesto, lydyto
  • žiupsnelis druskos

Instrukcijos:

  • Brinzą ir kefyrą sudėti į smulkintuvą ir sutrinti į vientisą masę.
  • Sudėti kiaušinius, miltus ir druską. Viską gerai išmaišyti.
  • Tešlą pilti į kepimo popieriumi išklotą kepimo indą ir kepti 180°C kol virštus gražiai paruduos. Jei neklystu, kepiau apie valandą, nes viršus ilgai nerudavo.

Cauliflower and broccoli bake

This meal is for cauliflower lovers 🙂 One of them is my little daughter. The other – me 🙂 The fact that my daughter ate this dish the next day too, shows that it is very delicious 🙂 Only I used only cauliflowers, but believe that with broccoli the taste would be great also.

This recipe waited for a year because last year somehow I was late – apples were gone, and I didn’t want to buy them. So this year this is my first (and the only) apple cake. And it was a really good cake! I baked only half of the recipe, but I got only one slice – my kids ate almost half of it at once. I could treat my parents only with the small slices… The cake is very moist and in reality it looks better than in the book. And I won’t judge my photos 🙂

Yeah, I know… Christmas was last year. But I want to remember this recipe for the future. It’s exclusive because one of the ingredients is sour cream. I didn’t decorate them, because these cookies were for my kids to eat before sleep. And from other side, why I need to decorate them? These cookies are delicious all by them self.

>One more recipe from the book Simple recipes III. There are three books published in this serie. And almost all recipes that I”ve tried were really simple and were admited by my family. This cake is really late, because rhubarbs season ended long time ago. But my coworkers liked it – cake disappeared in half an hour 🙂 So next year I will really repeat it, and only next time I will bake top a little bit more – to get really brown top.

Today we celebrate Easter in my son’s kindergarten. I was asked to bring few eggs, but I just had to put them somewhere. So I baked this basket 🙂 But while I was baking it, 2 eggs of 5 were eaten by my children, so I have to put candies to look basket pretty 🙂
