This weekend my kids were just amazing. They made these hot sandwiches alone, without my help. They even concurred their fear of the oven and the heat. The first day actually I helped them with the oven a little bit, but the next morning – me and my hubby had breakfast in bed, because my kids did everything on their own! Our eyes were wide open out of the pride what grate kids we have. I love my kids!
Hot pizza taste sandwiches
Time needed:
Yields: 6 servings
Calories: 303 kcal / serving
Ingredients:
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 100-200 ml tomato sauce
- 200 g cheese, grated
- 2 tbsps. pizza seasonings (we used oregano)
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Coat baguette slices thinly with tomato sauce
- Sprinkle with cheese and pizza seasonings.
- Bake in a oven 5-10 minutes, till cheese will melt.
- Enjoy!

Minced meat and feta bake
I think this is the last recipe with pasta for some time. Now I’ll take a break from pasta because now we eat a lot of salads, barbecued meat and everything we find in the freezer. Of course when autumn will be near, we gonna need warming and satisfying food, so pasta will be back. Some words about the recipe. It’s satisfying and good, and simple. Unfortunately I had only one third of cheese, but it didn’t ruined the taste.
Small cheese pies
Delicious little pies. If I have Vienna sausages, I put them in the filling too and all you have to do is to take tomato sauce for the great food 🙂
Minced meat and cheese bake
This dish is perfect when you have minced meat prepared for meat balls but you don’t want to stand near the pan. It can be prepared in advance and put in a refrigerator. Then even my hubby can bake it. My family just loves this bake, maybe it’s because of the cheese, but I love it because of it’s simplicity.

These mini pies are very delicious and warm, and cold. I thought I will miss meat, but I didn’t. I thought to bring them to work for lunch, but I couldn’t because we ate them all for breakfast…
