This meal is for cauliflower lovers 🙂 One of them is my little daughter. The other – me 🙂 The fact that my daughter ate this dish the next day too, shows that it is very delicious 🙂 Only I used only cauliflowers, but believe that with broccoli the taste would be great also.

Cabbage and minced meat bake

Rather healthy and satisfying dish for cabbage lovers. My family liked it a lot, but I have to warn you – from the portions in the recipe you will make a lot of it. So if you want just to try it – make from half of the recipe.

Lavašo traškučiai su mėlynojo sūrio padažu

Lavash chips with blue cheese sauce

Almost every weekend we try to do something tasty. It doesn’t have to be sweet. So this time I suggest you lavash chips with blue cheese sauce. You will make them in half an hour for sure. And they are really healthier option for patoto chips.

Some my notices. When you sprinkle lavash with salt – be careful, because cheese sauce is quite salty. If you are afraid that onion greens will fall of the chips – don’t be, they really don’t fall that easy. Also, I noticed that super markets sell lavash from a few companies, they are a little bit different in thickness. So I recommend to use thinnest – chips will be more brittle.

Pie with chanterelles

When I got some chanterelles, I decided to bake this year something new. And because I know how convenient to take non-sweet pies for lunch at work, I chose this recipe. Only in original recipe says to use more salt then I usually need, so I give here already corrected recipe.

Brinzos sūrio apkepas

Brinza cheese bake

When I saw brinza in a store, I bought it without thinking. But it rested in a fridge for a while. Then I searched my recipe archive and found one recipe with this cheese. So I prepared this dish the same day. My hubby liked it, even a lot 🙂 Children ate a lot too, so I think they liked it too. The taste reminded us stewed curd lasybones, which we like the same as marmots 🙂 The next day I sliced left overs and fried with a little bit butter in a pan. Kids liked it too. So I think this recipe has full right to be in my blog 🙂

Elzaso sūrio pyragas

Alsace cheese pie

Once we had to bring something when we went to the guests. I started looking for some new recipe that fit my ingredients in a fridge. And it approved itself – disappeared in a minutes! After some time, I decided to pamper my family and baked this pie again. And again he was met very successfully and that’s why the recipe comes to my blog.
