I started to make ice cream at home and that’s why I have a lot of egg whites which just needed to be used. So I remembered coconut cookies that all internet is full – quick, simple and easy. My dad just loves coconut in all forms, so I knew he will like these cookies. But kids also liked them a lot, and my mom had to hide some cookies for my dad 🙂
Yields: 20 cookies

nother name of this granola should be “It can’t be more healthy” 🙂 Now almost every sweet is too sweet for me, that’s why I liked this granola – it has only a mild sweetness. But making this granola you should use really overripe banana.
I didn’t even imagined that they can be so popular 🙂 I just wanted to bake some cookies 🙂 But unexpectedly my coworker asked for the recipe and one guy (who also tasted these cookies) even a few times repeated that they are really good 🙂 What could I want more? Only that you tried them 🙂 It’s really easy but so good!
Magic cookies – they always disappear the first day you bake them. I know that Forelle has cookies alike, just even better – with nuts. But now I”m ok without nuts 🙂
A few weeks ago I started to think that it would be good to make chocolate granola. And one day it was time for that. Although it’s more cocoa granola than chocolate, but anyway, it was good combination with coconuts.
A few days ago I thought that I baked cookies very long time ago. And my mother mentioned that she liked the cookies that baked with chocolate. And I wanted oat cookies. So when I saw this recipe I decided to make them 🙂 Because my hubby don’t want to eat sweets, almost all cookies went to my work. And I have to say that I had no cookies to take home 🙂
