One more our breakfast recipe. Taste reminds pizza’s, when I added basil leaves. These sandwiches you will prepare very quickly but the taste will give you a good start for the whole day.
Sandwiches with tomatoes and olives
Time needed: 
Yields: 2 servings
Calories: 152 kcal / serving
Ingredients:
- 4 slices rye bread
 - 75 g tomatoes
 - 50 g black olives
 - 50 g parmesan cheese (I used simple cheese)
 - black peppers
 - some leaves basil
 
Directions:
- Cut tomatoes in small cubes, olives – in rings. Chop basil leaves.
 - Mix in a bowl tomatoes, olives, basil and season with black peppers.
 - Put mixture on bread and sprinkle with grated cheese.
 - Put sandwiches in the microwave for 1 minute or under the grill in an oven till the cheese melts.
 - Enjoy!
