Author: Aušra

So I remembered not so long ago published Bea sour milk muffins. There was no time to think – just do. And now I’m sitting happy and satisfied with a cup of tea:)

Cukinijų ir baziliko keksiukai

Zucchini basil muffins

Autorius: Aušra Data: 2009-10-08 We didn’t want anything sweet, but zucchini still was looking sadly at me. So I had to do something. Decided to make these muffins because they looked perfect for a snack. …

Cukinijų ir aguonų keksiukai

Poppy seed zucchini muffins

If you still have zucchini, you should bake these muffins. They are moist as all baking with zucchini, but poppy seed gives some new flavour.

Šokoladinis cukinijų pyragas

Chocolate Zucchini Cake

One more cake with zucchini. Really great and moist. I didn”t have chocolate chips, but I didn”t miss them in the cake. Maybe with these chips the cake would be more delicious, but also more sinful 🙂

Bananiniai keksiukai

Banana muffins

These healthy muffins are extremely moist and delicious.

Tarybinis batonas

Old times white bread

This bread was baked in a lot of blogs and forums, but I could photograph it just now, although I baked it already five times. My hands and eyes were not successfull 🙂 One time I overrised it, next time had to use rye flour, another next time some othe my mistakes. But despite that this bread is really good, like in old times. Just I would prefere to use milk instead water – it changes bread texture, it becomes more mild.
