Summer drink, which will be very refreshing if you will use frozen bananas. But if you also use frozen berries, you’ll get soft ice cream 🙂 Of course, if you wait a little bit, they will transport to tasty cocktail 🙂 By the way, I thought that I have raspberries, but it appeared that I have red berries mix. But anyway, drink was very good 🙂

Raspberries and yoghurt smoothie

Time needed:
Yields: 4 servings
Calories: 169 kcal / serving

Ingredients:

  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice, fresh
  • 200 g raspberries, fresh or frozen (or other red beries)
  • 500 ml natural yoghurt
  • 1-2 tbsps. sugar

Directions:

  • Peel bananas and cut in to chunks. Mix with lemon juice.
  • In a blender mix till solid consistency bananas, graspberries, sugar and yoghurt.
  • Devide smoothie in to glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!

Monday is a hard day, but anyway I want to share with you this dessert recipe. It’s so simple and quick. My all family enjoy it. But we all agreed that with milk chocolate it’s better, because dark chocolate gives some bitterness and yoghurt becomes unsweet for our tastes.

Refreshing and easy dessert with the last strawberries. To say the truth, I prepared double portion so I had to use wild strawberries too in companion with strawberries. Definitely I will prepare this dessert with other berries or fruits. This recipe is from my children recipe archive. So if you add mild and sweet fruit, you can surely sweeten kids stomach. Just I really recommend to chill before serving – because then cream becomes stronger.

I made this little one for my beloved husband on his birthday. We usually don’t celebrate birthdays but this year decided to do it different way and invited relatives. And we got equally 12 people – and the cake is exactly for 12 servings. But the cake is really big, so I guess we had a little piece left for next day breakfast.

This year we had a lot of raspberries. We ate them raw, made some new recipes, and still had some for freezing. I’m so happy about that, because now autumn started… and we started to go to school and kindergarden. The good thing that I am on vocations so I have quiet time to drink tea and to think what can I do good for my family.

But this yogurt bread is different – it’s very soft inside, rises perfectly and inside it’s very very white. Also one more merit – it’s made with yogurt. Yes, we have yogurt almost always in our refrigerator, and milk is more a guest in our home.
